Launching a Campaign from Campaign IQ

When you’ve completed all the setup / configuration / personalization tasks for a draft campaign, you’re ready to launch it!

To launch a campaign:

1. Go to the Draft tab of Campaign IQ.
2. Choose the draft campaign activation you want to launch.
3. Click Configure Launch. The button shows when all tactics in the campaign have been reviewed and approved. Use the Review Progress field on the campaign cards to confirm which one is ready to launch, if you’ve got multiple drafts of the same campaign.
4. In Campaign Finalization, click Pre-Launch Checklist. The checklist lists all the configuration steps that you've completed, and what still needs to be done.
5. Use the links in the Pre-Launch Checklist to fix any outstanding configuration issues. The list of tasks you see depends on the content of the campaign:
   • Review and approve tactics
   • Choose a contact list
   • Connect at least one social account to which to post social media posts
   • Set the sender details for emails
   • Fix the campaign schedule

6. Click Launch Campaign. Campaign IQ presents a summary of the campaign activations - tactics, target recipients, sender details, and timeline.

    

7. Click Launch Campaign.
