Campaign IQ gives you a campaign management experience that unifies campaign discovery, activation, and performance monitoring in a single location.
Note
Your supplier needs to enable Campaign IQ in your portal. Reach out to them for clarification.
If Campaign IQ is available for you, it includes three tabs:
Discover - explore available marketing campaigns
Draft - personalize and launch chosen campaigns
Monitor - monitor performance of live campaigns
Discover
In Discover, you can search, filter, and explore pre-built marketing campaigns provided by your supplier.
Each campaign includes a badge to indicate its status (e.g. New, Updated), a thumbnail image, a summary of its content, icons to indicate what tactics it includes, and the list of tags that categorizes it.
Your supplier may also give you guidance to choose the most relevant campaigns for your business:
- Highlighting of campaigns they’re promoting
-
AI-powered recommendations - based on a comparison of the campaign’s metadata and your partner account profile. You can filter the view to pick up campaigns that are 90+%, 70-89% or 50-69% matched to your business.
AI-generated campaign recommendations have to be enabled separately by your supplier.
These navigation options can help you find what you need:
- Search by keyword in the Search field
- Sort the list by:
- Date - based on the date the campaign was added by the supplier, with the most recent first
- Name A-Z
- Most Effective - based on historic performance from previous activations
- Most Popular - based on number of previous activation
-
Filter the list for certain values or content tags

Draft
In Draft, you can view all the campaigns you have chosen and activated, track your progress through the review and launch preparation workflow, and resume your work on a campaign with a single click.
Your progress is tracked, so you can easily see which campaigns still need your attention. Once you’re working on an activation, there’s an intuitive stepped workflow that allows you to preview the included activities, and easily identify any activities for edit/update and approval.
Here, the campaign includes an email distribution workflow, and 4 email templates. The user has personalized and approved one email, and flagged the other 4 activities for edit.
You'll click Continue to Finalize to go to the edit pages, where you can set general campaign settings such as email sender information, target recipient lists, and sending schedule, and personalize each of the remaining activities. The page indicates how many activities still need to be completed before the campaign can be launched, and these are marked with a .
When configuring the sending schedule for tactics, the Schedule tab of Campaign Settings gives you full guidance on what you’ve already configured, what you still need to do, suggestions to maximize performance of tactics, and where there are errors in the setup: .
A Send Test option allows you to send yourself (or another nominated user) a copy of any campaign emails, and check that they’re correctly configured.
Campaign IQ guides you to complete the launch preparation of campaigns you’ve activated. You’ll see notifications in your > Messages area in the portal:
Once tactics are personalized as required, the campaign settings are confirmed, and the schedule finalized, you can launch the campaign.
