After reviewing the tactics in a campaign, and adding your own personalization where required, you can approve the tactics for use. Once all tactics in a campaign are approved, you can formally launch the campaign.
- Go to the Draft tab of Campaign IQ.
- Choose the draft campaign activation you want to approve for launch.
- Click Continue Setup.
- You have two options for approving tactics:
- Approve All Remaining - click this to add your approval to all unapproved tactics in the campaign. Ensure that you’ve reviewed the tactics before clicking this option.
- Select an individual tactic in the list then click Approve at the bottom of the screen.
- If all tactics are now approved, you’ll see a Review Complete message, with a link to Proceed to Finalize. If further actions are required, clicking this link will take you to the first page on which edits are required, usually Campaign Settings.
