The Draft tab of Campaign IQ lists all your draft activations of supplier pre-built campaigns. Depending on the options provided by your supplier, you can personalize each activation to your own requirements before launching them to your contacts.

This section describes how to personalize the individual tactics in a campaign. For information on configuring the general campaign settings, such as sender details, notifications, target contacts, and scheduling, see Configuring Campaign Settings and Scheduling in Campaign IQ.

  1. Go to the Draft tab of Campaign IQ.
  2. Choose the draft campaign activation you want to personalize.
  3. Click Continue Setup.
  4. View your current progress with personalizing the campaign tactics. Each one has an icon that indicates its current status:

icon_approved_tactic.png - Approved (you can still make changes before launching the campaign)

    icon_unapproved_tactic.png - Unapproved

  5. If you’re ready to sign off everything that hasn’t yet been approved, click Approve All Remaining. This is available even if you haven’t added your own personalization and is a quick way to get a campaign ready for launch.
  6. Identify the tactic that you want to update by selecting it in the list and clicking Flag for Edit at the bottom of the screen. This gives the tactic a Flagged for Edit icon icon_flagged_for_edit.png. Your cursor will automatically move to the next unapproved tactic in the list - continue clicking Flag for Edit as required.

When a tactic’s detail is collapsed in the Review Tactics list, an icon shows its type:

    icon_tactic_customizable.png Cobrandable Collateral

    icon_tactic_email.png Email

    icon_tactic_web_plugin.png Web plugin

    icon_tactic_social.png Social Post

    icon_tactic_workflow.png Workflow

    icon_tactic_collateral.png Reference Material (collateral asset)

  7. Go to the Campaign Finalization section, by flagging all outstanding tactics for edit then clicking Start Editing.
  8. Click the dropdown arrow icon_expand_down_arrow.png next to the tactic you want to personalize. This reveals the edit options for the tactic, and the Delete button icon_delete_red.png if you want to remove it from the campaign.
  9. If you click Edit/Edit Now, the Edit view for the tactic opens.
  10. Complete the fields provided for the tactic. Any changes you make are reflected in in the Preview area of the view. Click Apply to commit the changes.
  11. Your company detail fields, including logo, are usually displayed at the bottom of the panel.
  12. Click Done when you’ve completed your edits.
