Updating a Paused Campaign in Campaign IQ

If you’ve paused a live campaign, you can update its settings or tactics before relaunching it.

1. Go to the Monitor tab of Campaign IQ.

2. Choose the paused campaign you want to update. You can use the Status filter to display only paused campaigns in the tab. A paused campaign is labeled accordingly.

    

3. Click Review. The Campaign Finalization page opens, where you can carry out any of these actions, depending on the contents of the campaign:
   • Review and approve tactics
   • Choose a contact list
   • Connect social accounts
   • Set the sender details for emails
   • Redo the campaign schedule
4. If required, use the Pre-Launch Checklist to confirm everything is ready for launch.
5. Click Launch Campaign, if you’re ready to relaunch the campaign.
