Are sub-domain email addresses supported?

The use of generic email addresses, or email addresses used by several people, is not supported.

Role addresses such as sales@domain.com, info@domain.com or webmaster@domain.com are not supported because these addresses change frequently. The only exception to this rule would be if you knew the recipient and were sure that it was their permanent individual email address.

Also, generic email structured addresses such as jdoe@support.test.com are not supported.

We do support email addresses that include a country code such as jdoe@test.au.
