If you’ve paused a live campaign, you can archive it so it will not run again.

To archive a campaign:

  1. Go to the Monitor tab of Campaign IQ. This tab lists all the supplier pre-built campaigns you’ve personalized and launched.
  2. Choose the paused campaign you want to update. You can use the Status filter to display only paused campaigns in the tab. A paused campaign is labeled accordingly.
