The Monitor tab of Campaign IQ lists all the supplier pre-built campaigns you’ve personalized and launched. Once you’ve launched a campaign, its activities run according to the schedule you configured for the launch. For more information, see Schedule Sending of Campaign Activities.

You can pause a live campaign - once done, you can stop it permanently or relaunch it with updates, for example to mitigate unforeseen commercial circumstances, or optimize the campaign for better performance.

  1. Go to the Monitor tab of Campaign IQ.
  2. Choose the live campaign you want to pause.
  3. Click Review.
  4. Click Pause Campaign.

The label on the campaign changes to Paused.

Unpausing a campaign involves going through the launch process again. This gives you the opportunity to update/reapprove tactics, upload some new contacts, or change the scheduling of the campaign activities. Click Launch Campaign when you’re ready to proceed.

Best Practice

Checking and updating the scheduling is vital when relaunching a campaign, especially if the campaign has been paused for a while. Some of the milestones you originally configured may now be in the past, and won’t trigger. For more information, see Schedule Sending of Campaign Activities.
