Monitoring the Execution of a Live Campaign in Campaign IQ

When your campaign is active, you can get an overview of its execution, allowing you to confirm that tactics are being run and sent as you planned.

1. Go to the Monitor tab of Campaign IQ.

2. Choose the live campaign you want to review. Its card shows the date of the next upcoming event. You can also see the current number of ends, opens, and leads for the campaign.

    

3. Click Review.

4. Go to the Execution tab.

   Here you'll find information in these areas:

   Campaign Execution Overview

   • Status
   • Total Sent
   • Open Rate (%)
   • Click Rate (%)

   Execution Timeline

   A list of scheduled events and their scheduled dates/times

   Tactic Performance

   A list of all tactics in the campaign, and their current status in the campaign:

   • Scheduled - an upcoming scheduled date
   • Pending - in progress
   • Unknown state
