The email addresses and SMS numbers included in notifications lists will receive notification when a contact on a mailing activity completes and submits a related form. Additionally, each person set to receive email notification will also receive an email summary report 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days after the mailing is sent. The report summarizes opens, clicks, form submissions, and conversions.
To control who gets notified about email sends and email opens:
- Navigate to My Campaigns.
- Click the name of the campaign that contains the marketing activities you want to edit.
- In the campaign details view, click Edit.
- Under Notifications, you can add or delete email addresses and SMS numbers from the notification list.
- To take an email address or SMS number off the list, deselect the checkbox next to the address or number. Unchecked addresses and numbers will not receive notifications.
- To add a new email address or SMS number to the list, enter the address or number in the text box and click Add.
- Click Save.
