Overview

To review the status of a campaign, open the My Campaigns view. Statuses update every 24 hours.

In this article, we define each of the five statuses that a campaign can be in. This information is useful if you find your campaign in a different status than you expected or if you want to change the status of your campaign. Use this list to find out what criteria your campaign must meet to change to the status you want.

Campaign Statuses

Draft Active Idle Paused Archived

Draft status applies to new campaigns which are not yet published and are not generating stats. A campaign is in draft status when the following criteria are met:

  • It has not generated statistics and contains activities that require action.
  • It contains one or more FSAs and no self-service activities and the provider order status of all FSAs is Pending Approval.
