If you have scheduled a marketing activity in a campaign, you can cancel and delete it as long as the effective begin date hasn’t passed and the first mailing hasn’t been sent.
To cancel and delete a marketing activity, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Campaigns > My Campaigns.
- Click the name of the campaign that contains the marketing activity you want to cancel.
- In the Campaign Dashboard area, click the name of the activity you want to cancel.

Click Unschedule. When the screen refreshes, the Delete button is enabled.
If you want to delete the activity, continue following these steps. If you only want to cancel it, stop here. The activity is still available and still associated with the campaign, but it is no longer active. To reactivate it, you must schedule the activity again.
- Click Delete.
- You're prompted to confirm that you want to delete the activity. Click Delete again to finalize the action.
