Reactivating an Archived Campaign

If you archived a campaign, you can reactivate it it for use:

  1. Navigate to My Campaigns.
  2. Click the name of the archived campaign you want to reactivate. You can use the Status filter to find your archived campaigns.
  3. Click Start. You're asked to confirm that you want to restart the campaign. Click Continue to proceed.
  4. The campaign is given a status of Active, and is restarted.

Note

Any campaign mailing or activity that was originally scheduled in the past or in the next 24 hours will be unscheduled - you'll need to reschedule these. This ensures that content doesn't get delivered unexpectedly. Mailings that are scheduled for more than a day in advance will remain scheduled.
