Providers With Full Access

This level of access allows providers to navigate the portal accounts of the partners that have granted them the permission. The provider has access to all functionalities of the account, as if they were a defined user. The provider can make changes in the account as if they were the partner.

A provider with Full Access can:

  • Access all tabs in the portal - Campaigns, Social Media, Collateral, Contacts, Analytics, and Settings, etc.
  • View lists of partners that they work with and the level of access granted.
  • View, sort, and filter by the supplier.
  • Search for partners.
  • View, sort, and filter by provider access level.
  • Use a combination of the provider's and the partner's contacts for campaign execution.
  • Receive a notification that a partner has selected the provider.

Full access does not include access to manage other providers on behalf of the partner.

Full access can only be granted to a single provider at any given time.

Providers with On Behalf Of (Limited) Access

This level of access allows the provider to create and execute a specific campaign or activity on behalf of the partner. The provider logs into their own portal account and sees the areas assigned to them by the partner. The provider can then move to the partner's account to manage the campaign on their behalf. The provider can use their own contacts and lists without exposing the details to the partner. Providers can also use partner-provided contact lists without having access to the individual contacts in the list. All leads generated by the campaign will be shared with the partner, regardless of the source.

A provider with limited/On Behalf Of Access (OBO) can:

  • View, sort, and filter by the supplier.
  • Search for partners.
  • View, sort, and filter by providers access level.
  • Use a combination of the provider's and partner's contacts for campaign execution.
  • Receive a notification that a partner has selected the provider.

This permission can be given to multiple providers concurrently.

You, as the partner, can do the following in the Providers page:

  • Search the list of available providers to locate a provider.
  • Select a provider to see its full profile: provider name, logo, address, description, and suppliers that provider is approved to work with.
