Once you have selected a provider to perform work for you, your administrator may either designate it as your provider of record by granting it Full Access to your account, or give it On Behalf Of access to perform a specific activity on your behalf.

  1. Navigate to SettingsProviders.
  2. Choose the partner for which you want to set access rights in Available Providers.
  3. From the Action column, click  .
  4. From the drop down menu, select either Grant Full Account Access or Grant On Behalf of Access.

If you already have a provider with Full Access, the Grant Full Account Access option isn't available for selection. You can only grant one provider Full Account Access to your account. You can have multiple providers with On Behalf Of Access.

  5. In the Provider Permission window, click Continue to confirm that you want to proceed with the update.
  6. When a provider's permission is changed by a partner, a notification is sent to the provider. Partner Access Modified notifications are sent when any of these permission changes are made for a provider:
    • On Behalf Of Access granted.
    • Full Account Access granted.
    • Upgraded from On Behalf Of Access to Full Account Access.
    • Downgraded from Full Account Access to On Behalf Access.
    • Permission revoked.
