How do I manage recipients for social form submissions?

When an end-user submits a social form, by default all users in your company account will receive an email notification.

To manage the notification recipients for social form submissions, take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Social Form page.
  2. In the Notifications section, add the email address of the recipient you want to receive notifications.
  3. Click Add.
