Why can't I personalize certain sections of my syndicated mailing?

Suppliers make the decision regarding what emails/campaigns and what sections of the emails/campaigns can or can't be edited.

Your supplier may have locked content to prevent you from editing it. If this is the case, you’ll see a padlock icon and a popup message when highlighting a row or block for edit.
