Why are my social media images small?

Occasionally partners may run into this problem when a social media provider updates their APIs.

This happens when the posts are coming from a 3rd party system (like the portal). When the APIs are updated, this occurs for a short span of time. Social media providers will update the images to full size, however, we do not have a timeline for how long this will take to occur.

To revert the image to its full size:

1. Log into the social media provider (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
2. Edit the post.
3. Replace the image.

Taking these steps allows you to maintain the look and feel of your social media page.
