There are a number of reasons that your leads are not available in your CRM. Please check these items:
- Your leads may be blocked by your CRM settings. You will need to verify any CRM validation rules for leads. If possible disable or create a new section for the portal in your CRM. Create a validation rule lead source = ZiftONE in your CRM.
- You may have required fields or pick list that needs to be identified and updated.
