When are leads synchronized with my CRM?

If you have a CRM connection set up in the platform, leads will be pushed to your CRM nightly as they are created and updated on the platform.

Your portal supports multiple leads for a single contact. As a result, you may see multiple leads in your CRM as they are created by the platform.
