How do I include or exclude a company in my reports?

The portal supports selective inclusion and exclusion of companies from reports. If some companies are not listed in your reports, it is likely that the affected companies have been previously excluded.  This affects the data included in the report, but it does not affect the capture of the data in the database.

Data for a specific company can be excluded from your reports by selecting the Ignore company stats box on the company details. If you uncheck the box, your reports will resume displaying the report. 

1. Navigate to the Companies page.
2. Find the company you want to update, and click on it to open it.
3. Enable/disable the Ignore company activity setting as required.

You will then have included or excluded that company in your future reporting.
