To view the activity dashboard for a web plugin, navigate to Web Plugins > My Web Plugins and click a plugin.

Every web plugin has a dashboard with two views: draft and published. In draft view, you can see a list of prioritized tasks needed to start the activity and a preview of the current plugin. Once the plugin is embedded and returning statistics, the published view focuses on the user interaction generated.

Dashboard for Plugins in Draft Status

Before you activate a web plugin, the activity dashboard appears in draft status. In a draft status dashboard, you can do the following:

  • Review the alerts bar to see how many activities need attention. If some step in the activation process has been left unfinished, it appears here. Click Review to go to the step and complete all tasks.
  • If you have granted a provider access to work on this plugin, click Provider Assistance to review the order and any comments from the provider.
  • If you no longer want it to be available, click Archive to remove the web plugin. Archiving does not stop the plugin from being active on the webpage.
  • Click Edit to open the wizard where you can edit web plugin details, notifications, and personalization. You can also access all the embed codes.
  • Click Preview to see a full-screen preview for each page of the plugin.
  • Click Details to check the plugin status. Look here to see if the web plugin is published after you create it. If you think it should be published, be sure you completed the last step of copy to clipboard or email.
  • Review your notification settings. Notifications are sent when users interact with the web plugin or submit a related form. Additionally, each person set to receive web plugin notification will also receive an email summary report 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days after the web plugin is embedded. To add email addresses or SMS to notifications, click Edit.

Dashboard for Plugins in Active Status

Once all steps of the activation process are complete, the dashboard shows the web plugin in active status. In the active status dashboard, you can do the following:

  • Open the Leads, Recent Activity, Analysis, and View Web Plugin menus using the left-navigation.
  • Click Preview to view a full-screen view of the plugin. This is how it will look on your web page. Note that clicks on this page will not be included in the analysis.
  • Click Embed to copy the embed code for your web page.
  • Click Share to post the plugin on social media.
  • If you no longer want the plugin to be available for use, click Archive. Archiving does not remove the plugin from the location but we no longer gather data.
  • Click Edit to open the wizard where you can edit web plugin details, notification settings, and personalization. You can also access all the embed codes.
  • In the Analysis bar, view data for web plugin views, web plugin clicks, and leads. Select Clicks or Leads to see additional information about the user interaction.
  • Click Details to check the web plugin’s status.
