Best Practice
To conform with privacy laws and email best practices, we recommend that you only remove contacts from the Suppression List if there is a clear wish or directive for them to start receiving communications again.
Your account administrator can manage the Suppression List for email communications to contacts.
- Navigate to
> Settings.
- Choose Suppression List in the left sidebar.
- Find the domain you want to remove from the list.
- Click the X next to the domain.
- The domain is removed from the list.
