How can I manage my system email notifications?

Overview

You can specify whether you want to receive email notifications for:

  • Social Accounts Expiration
  • Supplier Emails
  • Marketing Funds Activity
  • Marketing Summary and Sales summary reports
  • Social Content Approval

How to set up notifications

From portal_settings_icon.png > Settings > Notifications, select the notification type, frequency, and active status of each notification type.

  • Select On or Off for each notification type as appropriate.
  • Messages are sent instantly for Supplier Messages and Marketing Development Funds Activity. 
  • Messages are sent daily for Marketing Summary and Sales Summary (note: these reports are currently disabled).
  • Messages are sent weekly for Social Accounts Expiration. 
  • For Social Content Approval notifications, choose the cadence of the report delivery from the Frequency drop-down  menu: daily, weekly, or monthly. 
  • You can also choose Send Now to immediately send a Social Content Approval notification.
