How do I view bounces and unsubscribes from email campaigns?

The system will automatically place email addresses that bounce or unsubscribe on the suppression list. You can view all of your bounces and unsubscribes from either the Contact Lists or the Campaign.

To view unsubscribes and bounces from Contact Lists:

1. In the Contact Lists page, click on the contact list associated with your mailing to open it. 
2. In the Members list, click Invalid to find all the bounced recipients. Click Unsubscribed to find all the users who've unsubscribed.

To view bounces and unsubscribes from a campaign:

1. In My Campaigns, select the campaign associated with your mailing.
2. Click on the Mailing you want to review, to open it.
3. In the Statistics field, view the Hard Bounce Rate or Unsubscribe Rate, as a percentage of sendings.
4. In the Recent Activity tab in the left sidebar, filter the Events list for Bounces or Unsubscribes to get a list of recipients.
