Giving Feedback on AI-Generated Responses

You can use the icons to give feedback about responses from Ask IQ.

1. When you've received a response from Ask IQ, click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon in the Was this helpful? area, as appropriate.
2. If you leave positive feedback, tell Ask IQ why you’re happy.
3. If you leave negative feedback, provide a reason by choosing a category and adding more information in a free text field (up to 500 characters).
4. Click Submit Feedback (or choose Cancel if you don’t want to give further details).
5. To remove the rating, click the icon again.
