Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.
The feature is enabled by your supplier. Reach out to them if you have questions about availability.
Ask IQ can draft social posts or marketing emails on your behalf, based on the content of its responses to your prompts. You have the opportunity to send them as is, or edit, personalise, and schedule them as usual.

Your supplier decides which options to provide for you. Reach out them to clarify what you can do.
There are two options for creating marketing content:

As a direct request
Send a prompt such as create an email to advise my contacts of the upcoming Digital Marketing event, and encourage signup

When the assistant has provided a response that you want to convert in to a social post or email, for example if you’ve been reviewing content or information from your supplier
Use one of these actions against a response you like:
- Create Social Post
- create a social post from a response. For more information, see Creating Social Posts with AI.
- Create Email
- create an email from the response. For more information, see Creating Marketing Emails with AI.
The options are available if your supplier has enabled Create Your Own (CYO) content on your portal.
- Create Social Post
