Restoring an Archived Customizable Content Asset

If you have archived previously activated customizable PDFs and videos from My Collateral, you have the ability to restore them at any time. Rather than creating a new activation of a previously activated customizable collateral, restoring it reduces duplicate reporting and duplicate customization efforts.

There are two ways you can restore your customizable collateral: individually or in bulk.

Restore Individually

1. Navigate to Collateral > My Collateral.

2. On the left-hand sidebar, under Collateral Type, uncheck Download Only to list only customizable content. 

   This step may not be required. The Collateral Type filter is not available if you have only activated either customizable or downloadable collateral.

3. Check Archived under Status to only find content you've archived.
4. Click the hyperlinked name of the customizable collateral you would like to archive, to open it.
5. On the edit view, in the top right-hand corner, click the Restore button.

Restore in Bulk

1. Navigate to Collateral > My Collateral.

2. On the left-hand sidebar, under Collateral Type, uncheck Download Only to list only customizable content.

   This step may not be required. The Collateral Type filter is not available if you have only activated either customizable or downloadable collateral.

3. Check Archived under Status to only find content you've archived.
4. Select each of the customizable assets you would like to archive. Don't click the hyperlinked names of the collateral as this will open them.
5. On the top right-hand corner, click the Archive Selected button.
6. You are asked to confirm that you would like to archive these pieces of collateral. Click Archive to proceed.
