Sharing Customizable PDFs via Social Media

You can share a customized PDF through social media networks. You create a social post, which will include a link to the PDF.

1. In the Collateral area of the portal (the name of the pages are determined by your supplier, so check with them), use the filters in the left navigation to find the personalized PDF. You can either find the PDF in the general Browse Collateral page (you will need to select the PDF's Customize option), or pick it up from your My Collateral page if you've interacted with it before. You may be prompted to select an Existing Customization or a New Customization. Be sure to select the correct one.

2. Select Share to create a social post. This option is not available if you selected an incomplete customization of the PDF.

   

3. Create the social post

   1. Select the account to post from.
   2. Add content to the post - it is pre-populated with the URL to the PDF.
   3. Add a social form to the post.
   4. Schedule when the post will go out to social media contacts.

   

4. Click Save.
