To create your own social media posts, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Social Media. You can access the Create Post option under Upcoming Posts, Library Posts or Post History.

Use Social Posts in the left sidebar filter to choose the type of account to post from. If you choose Company Posts, you will be able to post from your company social account(s). Selecting Your Posts will give you access to your personal account(s).
Your role in your partner account determines what social media accounts you have access to. for more information, see Connecting Social Media Accounts.
- Click Create Post.
- In Create Social Post, select the social media platforms on which you want to publish your post.
- Enter the main text of your post in Post Content. Follow the guidelines for post content summarized in Content Guidelines for Social Posts.

In Post Media, add an image or video either by pasting a URL or by uploading. Follow the best practices and sizing notes for images and videos summarized in Content Guidelines for Social Posts.
We highly recommend directly uploading your video if you’d like to autogenerate a preview in the social feed. This option is in line with current social media best practices.
- Specify whether users must fill out a social form before they view your promoted content. For information about personalizing your form, see Personalizing a Social Form.
- Set the scheduling for the post:
- Auto-Schedule - The portal will automatically select a time to publish your post for maximum impact. For information, see Auto-Scheduling Posts.
- Select Date and Time - You choose your own date and time.
- Post Now - Publishes your content immediately, when you click Create Post.
- Click Create Post.
