Viewing Registrants and Attendees for Partner-Hosted Events

Lists of registrants and attendees of the Partner-Hosted Event can be found in two places:

• As Leads for the campaign
  1. Open the campaign from My Campaigns. 
  2. Go to the Leads tab.

  3. Select Event Registrations or Event Attendances from the Events drop down.

     

     Contacts receive lead scores for registering / attending:

     • Register for the event - 60 points
     • Attend the event - 40 points

     Attendance information is pulled from the Webex API 24 hours after the event.

• As Participants in the campaign workflow
  1. Open the campaign from My Campaigns.
  2. Open the Workflow activity.
  3. Go to the Participants tab.
