Viewing Registrants and Attendees for Supplier-Hosted Events

Only registrations that have been captured through the Supplier-Hosted Event Campaign will be recorded in the partner portal.

Lists of registrants and attendees of the Supplier-Hosted Event can be found in two places:

As Leads for the campaign
1. Open the campaign from My Campaigns.
2. Go to the Leads tab.
3. Select Event Registrations or Event Attendances from the Events drop down.
  
  Contacts receive lead scores for registering / attending:
  - Register for the event - 60 points
  - Attend the event - 40 points
  Attendance information is pulled from the video conferencing software after the event has finished - 15 mins later for Zoom, and 24 hours later for Webex.
As Participants in the campaign workflow
1. Open the campaign from My Campaigns.
2. Open the Workflow activity.
3. Go to the Participants tab.
