Setting a Default Template for Emails

To set or change the default template to be used for emails, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to portal_settings_icon.png > Settings > Manage Templates.
  2. Select Set as Default from the Actions dropdown menu for any existing template.
  3. A Default tag will appear next to the name of the selected template in the Manage Templates menu.

When you create a new email, the default template will automatically be used. To change it, you can click Templates > Change Template in the Personalize Email tab of the email builder.
