Suppliers can embed a Partner Locator on their website to connect potential buyers with partners in their area. You can edit your Partner Profile settings to promote your marketing, services, and technology resources to potential buyers. You can display a logo image, add a short (500 characters), and full description (images, lists, formatting, full WYSISYG) and upload a few resources such as case studies or one-pagers.
To edit your Locator Profile, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Profile > Settings.
- Click Company Profile on the left side menu.

In the Locator Profile settings, complete the following:
Parameter Type Description Locator Display Locator Profile Text This text is displayed on the Locator when a user clicks on the partner card. The Locator will display a single card and a single map pin for each partner. The address that is used here will depend on the location of the user and any search criteria that is used. We attempt to show the most relevant address. Marketplace URL URL This will appear as a Buy Now button for users. This option is only visible if it is enabled. You can link to the list of your available offerings here. The Locator will display a Buy Now button on the Profile card as shown in the example below. Social Media URL This is the link to the partner social media accounts. Social media icons will display on the Profile card as shown in the examples below. When the user clicks the icon they will be taken to the partner's social media account. Additional Addresses Text Multiple partner addresses can be added to the Partner Locator. These will display on the partner or provider card. When searching on the locator, a partner will be displayed if any of their addresses match the criteria. - Click Save.
Many suppliers will also include a Map view on their Provider and/or Partner Locator so that users can more easily find providers or partners near them. Here is an example of a Partner Locator Map:
Notes:
- Users can enter in a specific address or zip code to find partners near a certain location.
- When the Locator Icon next to the search bar is clicked, the user will see the providers or partners available near their current location.
Here is an example of a Partner Locator card that buyers might see on your supplier’s website.
Note: If a user clicks the Contact button, a Lead form is displayed for them to complete. Leads generated by this form can be seen in the following places:
- By the partner in the Lead Distribution page. The partner can accept or decline the lead. If the partner has auto-accept leads turned on, the partner will not have the option to accept or decline the lead.
- Partners are notified via email and messaging that a lead has been assigned to them.
