When does system maintenance happen, and will I be notified?

We run scheduled weekly maintenance every Monday evening at 10PM EST. The normal maintenance process does not impact system availability.

About once every 6 weeks a maintenance update is made that does require system downtime. In these cases we will publish a notice a week in advance, letting users know about the upcoming scheduled maintenance.
