Viewing your Registered Leads

The Registered Leads area of the partner portal presents a list of leads you've registered with your supplier.

You can use the left-hand sidebar to search and filter to find relevant leads - by Score, related Event type, Contact List, Lead Stage, Supplier Status (approval), and any custom data fields from your supplier.

If you filter the view, you can click Save as default to preserve the filters, so the same view opens for you every time you visit the page.

The leads are sorted by Lead Score as a default. You can use the controls above the list to sort by another criteria, for example Create Date or Status (this is the supplier approval status). If you change the sort, you can click the icon to save it. The next time you navigate to the page, it will be arranged in the same way.

If you click the Status sort option, a new column is displayed, showing the approval status of the lead and a confirmation if the contact has opted out of communications from you. The status information is colour coded to provide an instant visual indicator of which leads you need to work on:

• Rejected / Expired - red
• Pending - orange
• Accepted - green
