About Training Modules and Quizzes

Training content within each Module may be in video or document format, depending on what your Supplier has provided.
If a Module contains a video, you must watch the first 50 seconds before the video can be marked as watched.
If the video is less than 50 seconds, you must watch 50% of the video before it can be marked as watched.
You can access a Module’s training content even after you have completed the Module.

A Module may have a Quiz associated with it. If so, click Take Quiz after you've completed the Module. The button is greyed out if you haven't completed the module content yet.

Questions in a Quiz can be single answer or multi-answer.
Once you've started a Quiz, you can stop and resume at any time.
You must view the Module’s training content before you can access the Quiz associated with it (if applicable).
You must view the Module’s training content AND pass the Quiz associated with it (if applicable) to mark a Module as complete.
Once you complete the Quiz, you see your score and whether you passed or failed. Your supplier may give you the option to see which answers you got right, and which you got wrong.
If you fail a Quiz, you can't edit your answers. However, you can retake the Quiz as many times as you like until you pass.
If a Quiz is included in a multiple Courses or Certifications, you won't need to retake it each time if you've already completed and passed it.
