Note

The digital assistant is not available in all partner portals.

Zeno can you get access to the information and services you need from a single location:

  • Getting guidance on how to complete a task, with links to relevant content
  • Accessing Academy articles
  • Connecting with your supplier's partner support team for questions about content or navigation in the partner portal, access to external applications, or details about your partner relationship.
  • Chatting live with a Portal Support agent

If your supplier has enabled Zeno for you, you'll see a chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen - click to launch a chat:

Ask your question, and Zeno will provide a response - it searches for an answer in the Academy and provides an AI-generated answer. The response includes links to the Academy articles it used.

Alternatively, choose one of the links - Portal Knowledge Base, or Get Help. What happens next depends on which option you choose.

Portal Knowledge Base Go to the Academy.
Get Help

There are three options:

  • Contact My Supplier
  • Request Marketing Content - connect with your supplier's partner support team
  • Chat with Portal Support - open a live chat with a Portal Support agent

When you've completed the chat, you will receive follow up via email from a Support Agent.
