About CRM Settings

The portal settings for a CRM integration has four sections. They can be accessed by going to > Settings > CRM Settings and adding or accessing an entry for a CRM integration:

• General Settings - contains limited information that includes the CRM type, supplier name, and how to record leads.
• CRM Connection Settings - feature the CRM username, password, and security. This information is gathered from the CRM.
• Usage Profile -  determines how the portal will handle your Marketing Automation leads with Advanced Marketing Automation Options and your Lead Distribution leads with Advanced Lead Distribution Options.
• Advanced General Options - apply to all leads, regardless of their origin.
